We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days after your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping unless the product is defective. If you receive your product and it is defective in some way please send photos to info@foxandlocke.com and request a shipping label for return.
We currently only ship within the continental USA. We hope to offer international shipping soon. Items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2 business days for packing and handling and 5-7 business days for shipping. You will receive email notifications when your order has shipped with tracking information.
