PRIVATE EVENTS

Fox and Locke does not host private events. We have a group limit of fifteen tickets for our shows.
 

TICKETS/ RESERVATIONS

As a live music venue, generally speaking, we stop seating walk-ins for dinner 2.5 hours before scheduled shows. This allows us to properly serve our walk-in guests and leaves time to reset for guests with tickets for dinner and the show. 

Tickets are required for shows and do sell out in advance. There is a a $15 food and beverage minimum purchase, so plan on coming hungry to enjoy some great country cooking and your favorite beverage.

COVID POLICY

We encourage guests to follow CDC guidelines. If you are feeling ill or having flu-like symptoms please consider staying home.
 

PARKING INFO

Fox & Locke has limited parking available on site. Parking along Hillsboro Road is legal except for areas where a “No Parking” sign is present. Please do not park directly in front of the venue or block any of our neighbors’ entrances. A paid parking lot is located just south of Fox & Locke at the Leipers Fork Church of Christ and parking at Hillsboro Recreation Center is available close by. Due to our remote location, ride share availability can be inconsistent. Please plan ahead and pre-schedule your rides. For the safety of Fox & Locke team members, under no circumstances will our employees be allowed to give guests a ride.

 

CAMERA POLICY

Guests are allowed to take pictures and video of our location and performances for personal use only. Commercial photography is not allowed without written permission from the artist.  Some artists may have specific requests for no photography and if so this will be specified on the ticket page. Please, no flash photography at any time. We hope that if you post on social you will please tag us @foxandlocke 

 

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE

Our facility is handicap accessible from the parking lot into the venue. Please let us know in advance if someone in your party needs special accommodations after purchasing your tickets by emailing us at tickets@foxandlocke.com

Some of our tables are antique and uniquely sized and it will help us to know ahead of time so that we can make sure all of our Guests are comfortable.


 

ORDER OUR FOOD BY THE LB.

We offer pulled pork BBQ and most sides in bulk for pick up. Please provide at least 24 hours-notice for these orders.For pricing and to place orders, email info@foxandlocke.com.
 

TICKET POLICIES

Please note, when you make a reservation at Fox & Locke, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions: 
 

  • All ticket reservations are non-refundable. 

  • Ticket reservations at Fox & Locke are an agreement to pay the non-refundable cover charge and applicable taxes/fees and to meet the $15.00 per seat food and/or drink minimum. 

  • If you are a “no show”, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the $15.00 minimum for each seat in your reservation. 

  • Ticket reservations are for your personal use. They are NOT transferable and NOT for resale! We perform random I.D. checks and the name on the reservation must match the name on the I.D. 

  • Please call (615-794-1308) or email (tickets@foxandlocke.com) to cancel your reservation AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. PLEASE NOTE if your reservations are for a Saturday or Sunday evening show, you need to cancel by 9:00 a.m. the Friday before or risk being charged. 

  • Ticket reservation holders must arrive up to 15 minutes after the reservation time to guarantee their seats, otherwise unclaimed seats will be filled from the walk-up line once the show has started.

  • Performers are subject to change.

  • Bar seats are only for customers 21 years of age or older. 

  • We require accessible seat requests to be made two weeks in advance of the show date for guaranteed accessible seats. If you made a reservation outside of that window using our online system, please email Fox & Locke (tickets@foxlocke.com) during office hours and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please know that if you reserve outside of the two week window, accessible seats are not guaranteed. 

  • No outside food and/or drink is allowed inside the venue. 

  • Still photography is allowed, unless the artist requests otherwise. 


RECORDING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL (VIDEO OR AUDIO) IS PROHIBITED. 
I also acknowledge that I may be seated with persons outside of my party.
